Aigenix Customer Helper is a browser extension for authorized support agents. It helps agents process customer support conversations from Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central by extracting the current support thread, sending it to the configured Aigenix service, and returning AI-assisted diagnosis, support notes, tracking information, and suggested replies.
The extension may process the following types of data:
The extension uses login credentials to authenticate the user with the configured Aigenix service. After login, access tokens, refresh tokens, server URL, and basic user information may be stored locally in Chrome storage to keep the user signed in.
Support conversations may contain customer or agent information such as names, email addresses, order references, shipping details, or other information provided in the support thread.
The extension may extract customer-agent messages from supported Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central pages when the user uses the extension.
The extension reads content from supported Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central pages only for the purpose of processing the current support case.
The Aigenix service may process support-agent actions related to the extension, such as generating replies, creating diagnosis records, rating generated replies, submitting corrections, or reviewing prior analysis history.
Data is used only to provide the extension's support-assistant functionality, including:
We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for advertising. We do not use user data for unrelated profiling.
Data may be sent to the configured Aigenix backend service and its necessary service providers, such as AI model providers or tracking-query providers, solely to provide the extension's stated support-assistant functionality.
The extension does not execute remotely hosted JavaScript, WebAssembly, or other remote executable code. All executable extension code is bundled with the extension package. Responses from the Aigenix service are treated as data, such as JSON, text, diagnosis results, and generated replies.
The extension stores only the data needed for operation, such as server URL, authentication tokens, basic user information, UI language, and extension preferences. Users can clear authentication data by signing out or uninstalling the extension.
Data retained by the Aigenix service, such as analysis history, diagnosis results, generated replies, ratings, corrections, and operational logs, is kept only as long as necessary for support operations, auditing, security, and service improvement according to the organization's internal retention policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect processed data. Access to the Aigenix service is limited to authorized users.
Users may stop using the extension at any time. Signing out clears locally stored authentication tokens. Authorized users or administrators may request deletion or correction of service-side records according to internal support and data-retention procedures.
